Have you spoke to Tmobile?, they have a system that analysed your usage and puts you on the plan most apt for your usage, and they will do it as a free upgrade or even give you a flexible plan so you can chop and change for whne you are playing abroad.
Give 150 a wee phone you never know what they will offer.

Julie, If you dial 12345 from your mobile then press the hash key twice, you automatically get half price calls to any network ..... Hope this helps.

check out
www.contractdeals.com
They have links to various website offers and even have some contracts that work out free over 12 months where you still get minutes and texts.

And Julie, if you dial 747576 and press the star key twice, the breakfast fairy appears and makes you a bacon sarnie

The trick to get the best deal according to that guy from money saving expert is to contact your existing network and inform them that you are looking for a better deal. Once they give you the standard info plans you then ask to talk to the disconnections departmet and inform them that due to the poor options available you have no option to close your account and that you require the pac number which allows you to transfer yourt existing number to a new network. NB: this must be done within 31 days of closing an account.
The thing is that the disconnections department have much more flexibilty in giving you a much better deal to ensure they keep your custom. I'm currently paying £8 pm for the same plan that I was oriinally paying £27 pm. The only difference was that I could not get an upgraded phone but as I'm happy with my V3 I didn't really want a new phone.

I did this with vodafone (imo the best network) twice but they point blank wouldn't budge the 3rd time.
Orange are very good for this, i get more and more free stuff every year, though the network coverage is not the best/

i got some great deals with orange after i threatened to leave. i was really pi$$ed off with them after they cut me off 3 times in 8 days even though my bill was paid and upto date.
i phoned up and asked to be put straight through to the disconnections dept. he asked why i wanst happy so i told him, he then said i can offer you a good deal i said i wasnt interested but he came back with what i thought to be a great offer and i stayed.
i was paying £30 per month for my tariff and £20 per month for my wifes. i was getting 200 mins and 200 text and my wife was getting 100 of each, we were both paying £5 per month insurance.
now i get 750mins 150 text and 12 months free insurance for £20 per month my wife gets 500mins 100texts and 12 months free insurance for £15 per month and we also get free broadband.. only catch is it is an 18 month contarct
