Here's the story,
I buy poker domain names, and when the .eu titles came out I jumped on the bandwagon, as there was a "sunshine" period when companies have an opportunity to buy their own domains, then opened for the public on household names.
Of which Poker.eu was a household name and free to bid on. 30 seconds past the deadline for companies I applied for the website, including giants like VC etc. Since the application a Swedish Trademark was registered.
"POKER" is the registered swedish trademark #376307.
So there you have it poker is now a trade name for some lucky bugger.
Just wanted a rant, going back to normality now
