Sorry Ironside, i wrote my ealier post while i was distracted and got my thoughts in a mess.

I would like to check raise allin here because i don't mind getting a free card. If he shows weakness by checking on such a draw intensive board then i can then have a decent stab on the turn to try and take the pot away from him. I don't like leading out because the turn play will be hard if he flat calls and a blank falls on the turn.

In a tournament, my chips are flying in with this hand. You're a near coinflip at worst.

In these situations, I like to either check-raise or bet out. Sometime I like to make a teaser bet and provoke them to re-raise so I can stick it back up them. If they fold, great, but if they call you still have a squllion outs.

check raise is fine, if he checks behind you get a freebie to hit anyway

I prefer to bet out, something weakish like half the pot, and shove em in if you get raised by an overpair behind.

If it is you need to hit you are probably a favourite with 9 flush cards and six straight cards twice, c58-60%

I would just shove them all in.  You are favourite to win but need to see the cards all the way to the river.

I like the check raise move here. As Tighty and Snoops say you have plenty of out to hit and I can't see him coming over the top of you.  In this situation my chips are in the middle every time.

personally i dont like the check raise as if he has an over pair i am only 50/50 and he is likely to call and i really dont want to have to see the showdown i am more than happy to win whats in the middle

so i made a pot raise

That seems like silly reasoning to me - If he has an overpair the money is stilll going into the middle if you bet out here.

Perfect flop for you, you have so many outs that against almost any hand you are 55% at worst... so i am looking to get my chips in on this flop, by check raising.... I don't see check/calling as an option here at all... The only way you are going to get paid is if you get your chips in the middle on the flop... Check/calling and if your drawer hits then your opponent is likely to slow down IMO.

I love a weak lead in these situations, oppos usually push and I want all my chips in the centre ASAP.

You were extremely lucky to get the flop you did.  Your mistake was open-calling UTG+1 with Ten-high.  You should have folded preflop.

that reminds me, never limp with suited connectors when the blinds are low, it goes against all the textbook advice...stick to premium hands and being entirely predictable and you won't go far wrong!  Roll Eyes Wink

Kind of depends on what your definition of low blinds is though. Have to say I agree with MrsLime on this one with a 67 BB stack. If I am going to play it i would raise. Also i don't think this is an unpredictable play. Early position limper with suited conectors or a small pair seems pretty predictable to me.
