I'm on Zyban to help me quit and, any fags I have left when I go to bed tonight, will be flushed down the toilet to remove any temptation whatsoever. Disgusting habit.

Tikay if you smoke 50-60 a day that works out at nearly £15 a day, if you quit for a year you will have saved £5475 which works out to be $10,258.08 which is more or less the buy in to the WSOP main event!

Since you put it like that, TK should stick to the fags, he will get more enjoyment out of them, and even one packet would last longer than his WSOP adventure....

After meeting tikay this morning/afternoon, he is coughing and spluttering like a good un. We are succeeding in our attempt to smoke our weekend away and feel as crap as humanly possibly by 9.52pm Sunday night.
On top of that we are both reading Allen Carr's smoking bible and the competitive streak in both of us are racing to see who finishes the book first! How sad are we? Anyway I am on page 107 / 207 and he is on page 113. I gotta say I am so proud of pops. I have been battering him for ages to just start the book since Nemesis sent it to him months ago. He has nothing to lose to just get a different mindset on things. I feared his long instilled "habits", mindset and quirks would not budge him BUT I think he is turning. He doesn't like to admit it but I think he is gonna do this.
So, we are meeting RED-DOG in a bit for some grub then heading off to the Gutshot. Life is grand at the moment and I actually am looking forward to FREEDOM day. Wish it was tonight! Good luck to the other guys attempting this. Let us know please what happens.

The book tells fibs. Blimmin contradiction.
"This book does not use shock tactics or aversion therapy" tell that to the chapter on the Health affects of smoking.

So you bought it too then? Excellent.
Yes, but he does tell the reader that they can skip a whole section of that chapter for after they have quit. Or if they know it all already, then they can just read it.

Bought it ages ago, gave up for 3 days with it in the summer so I did.
Saved myself 3 packs, $15, book paid for itself

I was in the only place in the planet where you could smoke in museums.
It felt rude not to.
