You're supposed to get bonus action points if you are on the silver, gold, platinum or black level of loyalty. I've not recieved anything for the previous month as yet.

Oh right, well I haven't reached a loyalty level yet, I will have by tomorrow I think, so I can't help you. Do they give them to you every month? What day are they normally due?

All bonuses should have been paid.
