Does this mean Lee Jones will quit from his card room manager post? Do poker stars have many employees in the States? Would the new legislation make the representatives like Moneymaker and Raymer criminals?

I get the impression from what they have written that stars are willing to go to court and argue that poker isn't gambling and shouldn't be treated as such.

Lee Jones lives in the Isle of Man last I heard so he's cool. Also note that nowhere in the Port Secutiries bill does it make playing online poker illegal however it has always been a grey area. This bill is simply stopping banks and companies funding onling gaming sites.

If the bill makes it illegal to accept payment from US citizens to be used for 'wagering' would it not make any employee of an online operator a target for legal action?  I thought that was why Nolan Dalla quit as a representitive of stars.
