Iam off to Vegas soon whats the best thing to do:

Buy dollars in the UK

Buy travellers cheques in the UK

Change cash up out there at the cage.

Use cash card out there

And if taking cash what is the limit you can take

No limit on what you can take, but it being less than 10k in dollar will make your life easier (this includes dollars and $ TC's i think) I always like to have my currency sorted, and I also like the safety of the TC's - a combination of those plaus a debit/credit card would be my choice.

Which airline are you flying with?

If you have over $10k you are supposed to declare it at the airport.


Make sure you sign up to a frequent flyer programme - a trip to vegas is worth a decent amount of air miles!

You could either join the American Airlines one or British Airways (or any other memer of 'One World')
