I'd prefer a rainbow Flop.

Two diamonds could give someone a nice nut flush draw.

But how could I have kept another player in to build a sidepot, I lost the main pot but thats no big deal I really wanted to get more money in the middle and I lost every punter bar the all in man which kind of sickened me.

I dont think you're gonna get any sideaction Billy, the flush draw will make everyone defensive and nobody else can have top set.  At best you'd be sidepot with another nut straight

why bet in the first place? if you really like the flop then I would let someone else bet it.

I realise its low stakes but why do you want to call a raise with this hand pre-flop with countless limpers ahead of you in Omaha Hi-Lo?

Chances are you are playing for half the pot on most flops, albeit not in this case.  However, someone can still runner runner a low on you if they give you action.

Its a great Hi hand but isn't one I want to be playing too often in Hi-Lo.

great point...I didn't even notice it was Hi/Lo. yeah I might have been out pre-flop. and definetly wouldn't have bet this after the flop.
