Out Patient/ ER 6.30%
Other places 2.30%
Dead on Arrival 1.00%
Status unknown 0.00%
Place unknown 0.00%
How you will die: Heart disease 31.40%

I also found it funny my chances of a diabetic death was at 3% or something small like that . I am a diabetic, should it not be higher than that

I must be honest I never check my blood anymore. I never go above about 6 when it is checked at the clinic and my average is always under 6 anyway, so I don't check it. When I told my doctor at the clinic, he was ok with that as long as things don't change. Luckily up until now I have had no complications and only a couple of hypo's in all the time I have been on insulin, so I don't feel the need to bruise my fingers checking my blood if I don't have to .
