Ok, good news about the sender, not so good about the poker!! I think Blonde forums should be banned whilst I'm in a Laddies tourney......the coverage of the Dublin EPT was so good that I couldn't concentrate on the $50, $7500 guaranteed last night and played like a complete muppet!!!!

No need to say sorry, the only person that should say that is the person who sent them.

Forgive me, but we do not want to know that you have "Never come across anything like that." But rather, "Has anything like that ever come across you?"

I guess I'm just glad that I no longer have time to check the forums whilst I'm at work!  Cheesy

Anyway, no worries tikay.

Cheers.

Tikay,

Can you limit the max no of recipients? At least if they want to spam we're gonna give them a headache that way.

I was thinking 5 (say) for newbies and then it increases as you rise through the ranks (full member, senior member etc.).

Wow, thats a good idea.......I'll have a chat with the techies, that makes a lot of sense.

If it's a spambot then it won't make a lot of difference, it's all automated. Although you could make changes that times how long it takes to send a PM and disallow those that are too quick  (talking about fractions of a second).

It would also mean people with more posts have more privileges which is a bit elitist.

True, but reasonable i think (i mean newbies would understand).

Does anyone ever send messages to more than one or two people anyway.
