A big hello to our latest member Pulpstar.

Pulpstar, aka James Blundell, is a very friendly chap who Noflopshomer and I met at the airport on our way to Dublin. We soon learned the following things:

(1) It was his first EPT
(2) It was his first Live Event
(3) He'd qualified online at PokerStars
(4) It cost him points valued at less than 10 quid
(5) He was secreting bricks

I'll never forget dropping James off at the Regency Hotel, only to hear Floppy's phone ring 30 seconds later in the taxi. It was James! He'd rung to tell us he'd just brushed past Greg Raymer.  Cheesy

Anyhow, James did brilliantly for his first go, playing for a good several hours before exiting at the hands of Andy Black on the very last level. A stunning performance considering his lack of experience, he should be very proud.

He met loads of famous faces and had a blast. Please welcome him to the forum in true blonde fashion.

Hi Pulpy, it was my first EPT too, I wanna do another, tomorrow if possible!

Did Stars give you one of those Wicked (that's street talk, it means good) little back packs? I think they're really groovy! (that's older street talk, it also means good)
