An APAT Ruling ?

Tighty posted this yesterday and I am curious to know what the ruling  would be on the scenario below at an APAT event ?

I received an email this morning from a poker friend, and I am quoting an exercpt from it. What would you advise him to do if this happens again?

Twice on the bubble the young Asian looking guy invited the small blind to call my low-stacked all in (Asian guy was on BB) -saying that they can check it to the river. completely standard play I know but I thought inappropriate to openly suggest this. TWICE!

Fortunately, both times the other young guy on the small blind (Italian guy ?) declined his offer (which I think was the wrong play, but wont complain as both times he would have knocked me out!). Is that acceptable for him to do this?"

Thank you Mr Prew, personally I'd knee-cap the little sh1t!!.......lol.

On a more serious note I do believe that one of the APAT's aims is to standardise the rules throughout the UK and with a new club opening up at home it would be a good idea to take this on board.

Something should have been said to the TD at the time

Asian guy would have been given 15mins penalty away from table.  Soft play/collusion is not on in
any tournament and he would have been fully made aware of what he has done and why it is not on

Thanks for the reply Mel, and a ruling to be recommended. A lot of players don't even realise that they are breaking any rules, having learned their game at a computer. A full explanation of why he was given the 15 minutes is also a must as you pointed out.

I suppose i will have to tell them to stop the knee-capping and thumb-screw treatment up the road now, funny though you never get a repeat offender with those methods.
