Long Island Ice Tea, classic, simple.
Just make sure you don't put too much coke in; it's supposed to be a mere dash for colour - some people put so much in that the whole thing just tastes like vodka and coke which really isn't the point.
I also had a 'Rum Appleberry' once at a Birthday party that was held in a cocktail bar in Covent Garden. It became the drink of choice for the evening, the barman would crush up various red berries in a little tea-strainer type device before adding the alcohol. Very, very nice.
