I would but I don't know - they were doing £20 rebuys apart from 1 night a month where it was £50. But I seem to remember them changing it?

Dave, I think its 20quid rebuy at CinCin, you would be better off there rather than the boat as you'll get STTs later on

MikkyT,
Thanks for the info, most useful. Myself and a couple of others are thinking of heading down this Thursday and I was just wondering if you could give further details on the structure etc. Are the rebuys limited in number or time? How many players on average play? Is the overall standard on a Thursday night high?
From your post it sounds like it gets pretty busy so we will head down early. From your post I take it that once we get a ticket we shouldn't leave the queue to go play the tables etc? Don't want to lose my spot.
Anyway, thanks, and any further info appreciated. Looking forward to it!!

Hi
welcome to Blonde.
Mikky hasnt been on for a while & hes the only one of the Glasgow boys who really plays at the Boat.
The rest of us play at Cincinnatis on Bridge Street.
Riverboat on a Thursday is a bit of a lottery really with unlimited rebuys for 1 hour 45 minutes, then freezeout afterwards & only pays top 3 from 66 runners.
Cincinnatis on a Thursday has a 15gbp with 1 rebuy or top up. The rebuy period is for 1 hour then its a freezeout.
It has the benefit of a 8.30 start & aims to finsh for about 1am. Quite a few blondes are usually in & its a friendly enviroment especially for newbies.

yes i defo agree with my mate teacake here Kebebo!
The river boat is, on a thursday is one of the worse places to play mate, starting chips are 1000 and blinds are 50/100!!!
Its a total crapshoot mate, CinCins is being run by a certain Blondite at present on a Thursday and is becoming more and more popular as they are listening to what the players want.
You should head down there.
