Most Irritating thing Ever

Since about 4pm I have been looking for my USB cable for my MP3 player.  It started off being a calm search, but quickly descended to the point where I had a headache and was throwing things around. I hate losing things, it is seriously annoying.  It is attached to a USB Hub the size of a VHS video cassette.
About 10 minutes ago, I looked on my desk just in front of me and it was sitting there all the time. How this is possible I have no idea because I have taken everything off the desk while looking for it.

I blame the  Fairies, they are trying to make me go insane ( or even more insane )
