Put on your favourite music and play it loud (and annoy the neighbours  Grin).

The best thing is regular exercise, a 30 minute walk a day will help a lot. Smiley

trust me...it might sound silly but Rocky rules supreme when you want to get energy.

I'm terrible when it comes to motivating myself, sometimes it takes me two hours to get read because i'll get half-dressed then get sidetracked or ages and ages to tidy up because i'll be ok sorting the junk out but then can't be bothered to put it away so it ends up in a pile on the floor - I have severe motivation problems due to lots of things but my advice would be to not give yourself any distractions. If you really need to get something done then ban yourself from using the computer or watching tv etc and then 'reward' yourself with a quick 20mins then get back to what you're supposed to be doing. That way you're breaking up the activities too so you won't get so bored.

Music is good too Smiley

home from work..ensure telly and pc are off...soak in a bath ...empty your mind of everything except the thoughts of the places that you loved going to and the things that made you laugh when you did them....wonder why you havent done them

get out the bath ....take a shower and go see them places and do those daft things....preferably with someone just as daft or precious....life is not a rehearshal...live it.
