I've just downloaded the Blondie poker league room, coz I enjoy playing on tribeca, & I'd prefer tikay to have my $ rake, rather than paddy.

After I'd downloaded, but before opening a cash account, I asked the manager if there was an intro bonus I could sign up for.  I was told there were several, but they need to accumulate points by 31st Dec, so I went for the easiest, & cheapest.  Deposit $50, earn 2500 points, & get $20.  It's not the biggest intro I've ever had , but it's better than a spit in the eye.  I'll take it.

I deposit my $50, & try to sign up for the promotion, but the code doesn't work.  So I go back to the manager & am now told that that promotion isn't for Blondie poker.  So why did a Blondie poker manager tell me about it ?.

BUT they can offer me something even better.  RAKEBACK.  Wahooooooo ( ? ) Just go on the website to find out all about it.  There's nothing about it on the website BTW.

Having gone back to the managers & having to wait 20 mins or so, a very nice lady comes back to me & says we don't do intro promotions.

Or rakeback.

Now if I'd been told when I downloaded there is no promotion, I'd have signed up anyway, coz tikay is a cool chap, & I'm getting nothing from paddies anyway.

But having been promised it, & having it taken away, and spending all afternoon trying to sort it out, & getting nowhere, I'm now bloody annoyed. 

Message to whoever is in charge.  I'm a pretty laid back guy.  But having had a lot of my time wasted.  ( about 2 hours I think )  I do tend to get more than a tad cheesed off.

PLEASE make sure the 'managers' know their stuff,  it only generates bad feeling unnecessarily.  If it wasn't for tikay, I'd probably have withdrawn my cash & gone elsewhere by now.

Sorry to make my first post a whinge, but now I've got it off my chest, I'll settle down for a game.  Oh damn.  I haven't got time.

I was stressed when I wrote it, what I meant to say is tikay is old.  Sorry, early doors typo.

I'm on as Muahahahaha ( To be said as deep & loud as possible, after (( hopefully )) many outdraws go my way )

I'm very much a low level sng player,  occasionally dipping my toe into a ring game, & trying to learn the basics of Omaha hi/lo as we speak.  I vary from full time donating play, to ''blimmin' 'eck, it worked '', so if anyone wants a couple of easy $$, come a-looking.

I'm really sorry for your frustration this afternoon. At present blondepoker don't do a sign up promotion or a direct rakeback deal, other than than via a loyalty program for those who play the most.

Unfortunately I have no idea why the manager told you otherwise - but rest assured he was incorrect.

The managers work for Bowmans cage and therefore cover a lot of poker skins including blondepoker. The promotions they mentioned are most probably available on some of their other sites.

Sorry for the confusion in this matter. If you PM me the managers involved in giving out misinformation I will ensure I personally speak to them regarding this issue and make sure it doesn't happen again.
