ah this should be good fun..playing a decent tourney and to prevent me from making stupid moves there's a live update...thanks Jen!

I was thinking the same mate.  I have had a decent day, after having a problem depositing with laddies last night and facing the worse Customer Service experience of my life, I complained, fair play to them they acted I got £50 compo.

Turned that into around $600 playing STT's and low level cash games.  Then I slid on a bannana skin, I flopped a full house on a A 5 5 board but matey flopped quads, and so the hand played out and well I'm treading the water now with a grand total of $80 I feel like crying!

Having grinded away and enjoyed a few cocktails along the way, I get myself back upto a respectable $340 I flop top set on a board thathas no draws I pot it and its re-potted twice the turn is harmlous at best matey has a flush draw now after the rainbow flop ahe pots I have to call I am still holding a set of aces and sure as hell the river brought a 3rd heart that was no pairing and its adios from me!

Chip leader Jon Kalmar has consolidated his lead, by increasing his stack to 108,000.  Details escape me, but he's looking to clash with the Camel at some point soon...

Meanwhile Ian Woodley doubles up to 26,000, all in preflop with against

Mad Marty is OUT  -

He limped in on the small blind, along with Woodley on the big blind and an under the gun limper.  Holding just 2k back, he bet out 800 on the three clubs flop.  Ian thought for a little while, and Marty was talking about putting him on the clock.  "Mad Marty's back in the Party!" was another example of the in-hand commentary we all got.  Ian called after a while, and the utg limper passed.
Turn:  Two Clubs, and Marty moved in for his last 1,200.  Call from Ian.  Marty says, showing , "I've got a pair of Sevens.  And a flush draw..."  To which Ian replied, "I thought you had a pair of Sevens, and you don't have a flush draw," as he showed .
River:    And we're down to 78 players.

OK I might have paraphrased, just a little.  Well, it's more interesting than saying that he thought you might be attending this festival, but actually you're not.

Yes that AA vs K5 hand was indeed a setback, but he's on 36,000 so you needn't worry.

lol fair enough Jen, paraphrase away till your hearts content.

I had commitments in the week so couldnt make it, and didnt really fancy a two train journy for the main event with missing blind levels.

Just want to squeeze this picture of Red with the Ladies in here - don't they look fascinated?  He's very kindly given me his B&B room for the night, and it has a regular bed AND a bunkbed in there.  I might set my alarm and sleep three hours in each.  If any company makes very large bunkbeds, but without the bottom one, I would buy one.

Didn't your parents used to have one of them? Not that I'd recommend sleeping in that one...
