Clan Royal is the favourite due to his Aintree record but no eleven year old has won for 7 years so I will be taking him on with;

Tanterari - Unexposed, confirmed stayer & a very nice weight, will run a big race.
Inca Trail - Good jumper, will stay longer than the mother in law, stable has great aintree pedigree.
Nil Desperandum - 4th in last years Grand National, so fences won't be an issue, moved to new stable from Ireland, will be staying on late.

The jumps season is really moving now, great performances from Hardy Eustace & Kicks For Free today, not forgeting Kauto Star, I didn't think it would get the trip, what do I know!!!  He is already very good and could go on to be a great, Nicholls has so many options now (including a £1m bonus).

Good luck to all having a bet.

I had a fair bet on hardy eustace today..couldn't believe he was odds against...also took 16's on him for the champion (EW if he runs it's a good thing to get a place).

For tommorow's beechers...dun doire. I love this horse and it won soo nicely at cheltenham for me last season (on the line...on you go son). but it's a small stakes race for me.
