I very nearly ended up with an EXTRA 8 this Christmas, but it turns out the ferries don't run from the Isle of Wight on Xmas day for my family to come over. So, for us it'll just be me and James, the kids and Nicky - James' mum (possibly his brother too)

I'll be cooking Xmas dinner for Mum, Dad, wee sis, wee brother, his wife and daughter and me.

Wee bruv kindly told me he would deign to drop the veggie bit so long as the turkey was free range, organic and enetrtained with turkey porn 12 hours a day  Roll Eyes. The tatties were being cooked in goose fat from french geese reared for pate anyway  stirthepot

it'll be fun but stressful.

I love a big family Christmas, then again I wouldn't know what a quiet one is like lol. Only a month left and I'm nowhere near ready, I nomally have all the presents bought and wrapped by now, this year I'm only about a third done!

James cooking....  no, I don't think so....  LMAO! he will 'help' with the veg (that I will then re-peel when he isn't looking ) and keep me company in the kitchen (being chief taster) I like doing it all myself, guess it's the control freak in me
