 If I just say the old Dweller is unwell, you'll all jump to all sorts of conclusions, so with Sam's approval, here's the story.

I left a 'phone message for him a few days back, & he never returned it, most unlike him. Then Sam called me tonight, & this is the SP.

He's been unwell a few weeks, since the NECS (Angie's cooking maybe?....), he wakes up OK in the mornings, but then gradually, as the day wears on, develops a high fever, sweating big-time, & generally feeling rough.

So Sam calls the quack in, the quack sends for an ambulance, & he's trundled off to hossie, where he is undergoing tests. All his vital functions - heart, Blood pressure, Liver, Dwell Posture, & Immaculately Groomed & Gelled Hair are in good shape, but they just don't know what the problem is. But they think it may be contagious, so he's been stuck in an isolation ward, & Sam has to don Surgical Mask & gown to visit him - which she thinks is weird, as she's been with him, as has Angellina (whoever called her Angellica on TV, eh?) are both fit & well.

So the ex Chippendale must be feeling a bit down, and Sam agreed to print off this thread & take it to him in the hossie to maybe try & cheer him up.

Carlo has been a bondeite almost from Day One, & is "family" now. Even "Mum" (blonde alias "Dex", who is actually a dog) is a blondeite & a regular reader of blonde

I don't think we ought to suggest Angies cooking could be to blame, I ate some of it and lived to tell the tale.

In an effort to ensure a quick recovery we have ensured that you are to receive the best nursing care available. You will be pleased to hear that Nurse M Dailey has stepped aside to allow her more experienced colleague, Sister Flo Crimea take over your day to day needs. It is rumoured she is a dab hand at the old bed baths and her scouring powder techniques are "interesting"
