Correction from before, Chris Gavirel was not the first man out, he is actually doing rather well with over 20k (ticket gone though).

Chris Gavriel is the current chip leader with around 50k.

His latest scoop was a full house first trips hand which took him up to the half century.

The first man out of the comp was Chris Gavriel.

Tom: "I'm on 12k, so not too much progress, but I'm being well entertained. There's a young lad on the table who's saying things like '(to Ash Hussain) You're a professional you are aren't you, I'm going to try and take a pot off you so people will fear me.'"

tikay: "Do you want mean tikay or nice tikay?"

Mickey Wernick: "I can't believe you can go 2 levels without winning a single ante. I did get dealt Queens on one hand so I raised it up. The flop was J-T-x and the guy bet out, so I flat called. Then a young lad behind me moved all-in for 1.8k, so I called and so did the original bettor. We checked it down, but the Ace on the Turn gave the lad all-in a Broadway straight, King Queen."

Greek Jack: "Do you know anything about phones, I can't hear mine?"

Nick Slade: "Has tikay told you about those Nines, make sure he tells you about those nines."

The mind boggles.

Apparantly this is mean tikay. I think the skin on that rise pudding and the gaggle of geese outside the casino are safe.

The assassin was Nick 'The Hitman' Slade.

Okay, I confess, I just made up that nickname.

Chip leader Chris Gavriel has just doubled up Thomas Raymond.

Thomas had A-6 against Chris's T-T on an 9-6-6 Flop. No Ten arrived and Chris has taken a small dent, but to be honest, it would be like taking a million out of tikay's bank account, just a drop in the ocean.

It's amazing how quickly the tide can turn. During the break, Mickey was commenting that he'd had absolutely nothing to go on, but just like that he trebles up and is now on 15k.

Paul King and Bambos were his opponents, the former Turning a straight, but it wasn't good enough as The Worm hit a flush on the River.

And here is Mr Keith Hawkins, fresh off his final table appearance in Amsterdam. He was telling us earlier why he's called the Camel. Apparantly it's because he ran to the bar during a short break at his Amsterdam Classics debut and his buddy said he drinks like a camel... tada

I didn't fall his first explanation, "It's because I spit at my opponents when they outdraw me."
