Congratulations Mate,
I always thank my lucky stars when I see young people buying a house nowadays as I'd never be able to commit to the HUGE mortgages that you need just to buy anything right now. 30 years is a long time but you know it'll be worth it.
Good luck with the move and everything (one of the most stressful days of your life apparently) Enjoy
