when Harry comes to give you lessons, ask him to spend some time going over " HOW TO PLAY AK"  Smiley

if you thought he had a busted flush draw iron - that would imply that you thought your AK was ahead - why bet on the river m8? is he not only gonna call if your beat?

It was a reference to a similar thread that went over every1's head.

This hand is very reminissent of all that malarchy. AK v Shocked Shocked Shocked

Anyhow, on a serious note, I wouldn't reraise. I think the chance that he may be payed off by an overpair doesn't outwiegh the risk of losing to a straight.

if he has AKh he could fold to a river bet so instead of spliting i win

also a hand like 88-JJ are foldable

yes i think the check on river would have been better idea

and i cannot serious think anyone would have me on a 6 there if they do i need to tighten up my image

but dont worry unlike colchester kev after 1 bad play i dont bust out next hand

but surely with A7 and trips you cant think you beat
