I know the software gets a hard time a lot of the time, but it is a perfect place to rebuild or start a BR for free.  I withdrew everything from VC poker the other day as I had grown tired with all the problems I was having with the software. There is only so much patience a person can have.

To be honest, I wasn't planning on depositing anymore cash into a poker site until well after the New Year. However I wasn't at work today and I was desperate to have a game of some kind of poker ( I am not an addict, honest  Cheesy ).  I considered playing a free roll on VC, but I thought that would defeat the purpose as I have just withdrawn my entire BR from the site.  I opted to play a free roll on Blonde instead. It had been awhile since I have played on the Blonde site, this was mainly down to the fact all my BR was on VC and it was just more convenient to play there because of this.

I managed to cash in 4th place in my free roll this morning on Blonde and I now have $20 shiny dollars in my Blonde account, lol.  This is the seventh time I have either went bust or withdrawn my entire BR and managed to rebuild after cashing in a tribeca freeroll.  Last time I managed to get my VC roll up to the $900 mark after winning $1.21 in a freeroll about five months ago.  I have decided to use the exact same method this time and tonight I will begin the assault on the $0.25 STT/ HU tables.

thankyou Blonde   Smiley

lol, ty.    I hate to re-deposit and actually enjoy building up from tiny limits every few months.  I am strange.

Sark, that is exactly how I first started playing. Back in the day, when Tribeca still did the 10c giveaway STTs, I played those until I had eleven cents in my account - eleven whole cents! Then I played a $0.10+$0.01 STT.... finished 2nd (27c in account), and never looked back.

In those days the concept of bankroll management was unknown to me of course, but I didn't ever go broke (I played a mix of 10 cent giveaways and 10 cent STTs and other freerolls to get up above one dollar), reaching $10 on micro-stakes STTs before playing my first cash table - the giddy heights of $0.05/$0.10 No Limit! Imagine, the thrill of it all: half my entire bankroll on the line in one game!

$10 became $25 that day, $50 by the end of the week, and so on, and so on...

I actually planned never to deposit - until I was informed that I would have to make at least a minimum deposit if I wanted to withdraw any money from my account!

Anyway, that was two and a half years ago. More recently I did something similar on here, after I cashed out my bankroll following a server crash; Baron was extremely helpful in organising my refund from a $25 STT I'd been playing at the time. So I had just $27.50 in my account on here. I'd planned on redepositing - honest! - but a few freeroll results, including $125 in a certain weekly Sunday evening tournament (Cheesy) meant that I never had to...

Onwards and upwards!

n1 mate, you seem to have it worked out

I entered another free roll tonight and came in 10th. I thought I was about to get to my second final table in a row, but unfortunately lack of patience and a few errors knocked me down from 2nd to 6th to 10th and out in two hands. Dohhhh.  :-)

The AP on tribeca are really good.  I have built up from nothing to a good BR six times before, but I always end up playing too high and getting slaughtered or I withdraw it and end up spending it on things I don't actually need.  This time there will be no withdrawals.  Well, there is still a long way to go, I am only at $24 so far, lol.

How much do we owe you for the title of the thread? Will a cheque suffice?
