Hi guys,

I recently ordered my new broadband through Orange, and was advised the wireless router would be here within 10 days. This is now looking very unlikely due to a shortage of Routers with Orange.

If I was to cancel my order, does anyone know of any other companies that may be able to do this quick, and before xmas.

The main reason I ask is not only have I applied toOrange, my Step father has been bought a laptop and I advised my mum that Orange seemed ok. Obviously if the internet isn't available come xmas day I am gonna feel like a plank.

Any Ideas

within a week it's very unlikely mate. If you have orange BB then you need a maccode from them and that takes bleeding ages. Even then most BB providers will take 10 working days minimum.

nah, orange is only BT Wholesale anyway I think, so buy a router, use it till the orange one arrives, then take it back to the shop as an unwanted christmas present.
