hi i know im daft but...i got a ipod ,,,fine i just about put music on it by luck on the home computer......just bought my boy one for xmas and when i plug it into home computer it starts to load my music on there,is it possibble to use 2 ipods on 1 computer ?we ave 3 laptops too but i wanted to use the home one to do his aswell is this possible ?sorry for being thick but ....there you go thanx in advance...if anyone ever needs help on stolen property or sofas i can help lol....

Yes.

If his iPod has a smaller capacity to yours - go to preferences and manually add tracks and playlists.

I believe you can set up two Ipods running off same version of Itunes with them both having different music on. But this involves separate playlists and changing several settings I believe, as well as turning off autoupdate on the Ipods.

Might be easier just to set up a new user account on your XP and use the itunes on that for your lads Ipod?

I use my wifes on the pc and mine on my lappie. Sure there is a better way, but works for me.
