Ive never seen a horse run 3 miles and have as much energy and pace left as Kauto Star, its absolute class but monet will give it a run, but even then i cant see it being beat

I would say that Monet's Garden is a stonking EW thief's bet especially if you can get 1/4 the odds a place.

bearing in mind Henrietta Knights record in this race, do we not think that Racing Demon is a good E/W bet at 11/2

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

If KC jumps round he wins, simply as that. I like Monkerhostin EW, was 2nd last year and could make the frame again.

THIS IS SOME ANIMAL!!! 2 major jumping errors and still cruised to victory. 6/4 for Gold Cup now, but I would be worried about his jumping at Cheltenham (fell in the Champion chase last year), again if he stands up he must win (£1m bonus for owners).

Interesting...Paul Nicholls has a column in the racing post today in which he says "Kauto jumps better left handed" He expects him to romp home in the gold cup (essentially) as his jumping should be fine there. 6-4 is too short for my liking..but it all depends on what else will run.
