for those who dont, know me i am BIG "21 stone 7lbs" carrying 4 stone to much,
from january the 5th at 11.49 am i am going to lose at least 63lbs...  4 -1/2 stone
i am gonna do this by july 8th, my sons 10th birthday.if not before hopefully.all welcome to join in a bit like the "SMOKING THREAD"

63lb sounds better than 4 and a 1/2 stone lol
