I have just set up my parents new laptop but when we have logged onto YouTube the films are fragmented and only play 3/4 seconds before buffering. They then start again, but this continues throughout the clips.

any one know why this may happen

You seem to have alot of pc problems Sad

I could be alot of things tbh. Cache, speed, gfx card.
