I'm very confused, we are all all in and the chip leader wins, me and luckyduck had the same amount of chips so how come he was awarded the 2nd place finish and the money?? I had the better hand at showdown? surely this is a fault!! I have started the live chat and the manager is saying he will get bak to me, has anyone else had this problem before? or what rules are in place that denies me 2nd???

I can see more logic in their position than yours.

Equal chips so then nearest to button, luckyducky was button.

I'm not convinced it should be done on hand rankings when you are level in chips preflop. It is a very unusual situation though.

surely it shud be halved then? i think to give it to the player with position is a pretty poor way to decide, it should either be second best hand or split the prize

I think its just the way the software is. It showed your hand down first so guess it puts you third. Its a bummer but I don't think I'd withdraw my 'roll from a site because of something that happens very rarely.

well under there rules you should of won it as you were furthest from the dealer

but the rule should be if both players have equal chips and lose in the same hand then they both share te same spot
