My boss is in search of a book that's proving very difficult to find.

CABINETMAKING: THE PROFESSIONAL APPROACH
Author  Alan Peters
Format  Hardcover
Pages  192pp.
Publication Year  1984

I can only find one place via google that its on sale for $225! If anyone knows a good place to look for books please send me link via pm or on here, willing to pay £30ish!

ginger beat me to it - but another link anyway Smiley

http://www.whsmith.co.uk/whs/go.asp?isbn=0684185202&db=220&shop=23299&tduid=d716c6dc8f0c2910ba106e85fe883f12&affId=320460

edit: Just looked at both the links - the smiths one is a bit dearer, but probably slightly better value as is a hardback.

PS - your boss didn't look very hard did he!?

somehwere in deepest Dorset Mr Peters is stunned to find a sudden rush of interest in his book. He looks up from the intricately formed nest of tables he has just finished, hand carved in Mahogany, and immediately decides to upgrade his car on the strength of future book sales. He anticipates a new edition of his seminal book for professional cabinet makers.

Little does he know that 127 blondeites are googling like crazy looking for a single copy!

Ahh excellent thank you the WHSmiths one seemed to work, the 1st one ginger posted orders via Blackwell that don't actually have a copy when you come to order the thing. I found that one right away too, but it was a false hope!

I sent her the link, this should buy me a few late mornings into work Smiley

thanks again.
