yes firefox 2, get through set up process get to launch firefox and pc goes into whirring mode and nothing fires up

What are you using Windows 92:D

Can;t help you bro, I just download and double click.

Try restarting the computer and re-installing the program

Unless you get an error message I'd agree with Nem.

If a reboot doesn't fix it, redownload it and reinstall it.
