Not been to Walsall before - can anyone recommend a decent hotel nearby?

just called the hotel directly and they quoted me £40 per night b&b for a single room, or £50 per night b&b for a double. i need a double coz the missus wants to go shopping in birmingham (got to keep her sweet..!)

yep, asked for the poker rate.
they first quoted me £70 per night, but then i got put through to another dept, and they gave me the £50 double room poker rate.
thanks for your help iron. much appreciated.
any other blondites playing the Grosvenor Grand Prix..?

are you travelling alone that £29 rate is per person so if there is 2 of you then your better off with the £50

And Iron - it's what date IS The Grand Prix. Huh, these Scots really do struggle with the Mother Language. It's 15th & 16th October. Which is two dates. Ahh, time io get my coat.......
