I have had a very nice invite to the Spurs v Newcastle game on Sunday.

Does anyone have any tips I should back like first goal scorer? I haven't seen much of either side lately so lost track of who is likely to play upfront for either side?

Kem, Nev any ideas and any geordies out there?

Guaranteed 3 points on Sunday. Bet on Defoe to score first.

Anyone know how easily is it to come by tickets down there? I'm working in Watford next week but may travel down on Sunday morning if there's a decent chance of finding one!

As for the result I think we're still carrying three or four poor players and a point would be a good result, taking 4 points from an eventual rival to the european comps can only be good!

Our stadium is filled on average 99.8%. So unless you pay through the nose, you'll have no chance.

what all 36,000 seats Nem??  Not too difficult with that capacity!!

Anyway - your website says that both next Home matches, i.e. Newcastle and Cardiff have tickets available.

Oh dear oh dear!

no what did it say?

Chelsea have 20million fans worldwide and 3.8 million in England alone (club figures)

Arsenal have 30million fans worldwide and 2 million in England alone (wow that Chelsea figure looks very realistic now!)

Tottenham Hotspur have 4.3 million fans worldwide with 1.4 in England.

Arsenal - 30M Fans Worldwide (2M in UK) = £10.2M Merchandising income
Chelsea - 20M Fans Worldwide (3.8M in UK) = £7.7M Merchandising income
Spurs - 4.3M Fans Worldwide (1.4M in UK) = £5.2M Merchandising income

According to the latest Deloitte & Touche Report here is our respective Commercial Revenues (including sponsorship deals, merchandising, etc.):
Arsenal - £29.7M
Chelsea - £37.2M
Spurs - £24M (this doesn't include the PUMA/Mansion deals that will surely increase this significantly)

Arsenal have a 60,000 seater stadium with 42,000 fans on the waiting list.

Tottenham Hotspur have a 36,000 seater stadium, with 30,000 fans on the waiting list

Chelsea have a 42,000 seater stadium, with 0 fans on the waiting list - (big club)

THFC have a turnover of £74million (this doesn't include the PUMA/Mansion deals that will surely increase this significantly)

AFC have a turnover of £130million

CFC have a turnover of £146million (but ran at a loss of £83million last season and £72million the season before!)

Yeah, LOL.

However, I find it hard to believe that he is getting anywhere near the £128 million quoted in the papers. Surely the figure is just spin to show the American public that there is a new boy in town to match its homeland superstars.

I mean, in his team, the star player is Donovan Bailey - a massive £450,000 transfer from Bayern Leverkusen!
