if u click on link,,are they automatically into my pc scanning for passwords and the likes  or do they still need more info from me

You will get a screen which looks like a login for the online bank, but they will just steal your account details.

It is unlikely they can get any details from just accessing the site (and not typing anything in)

OK you got a site not found. These often get taken down by the ISPs

You can sleep easy - there is very little risk.
