Why do so many otherwise good players feel the urge to berate bad players at the table wether it be online or in live play.
"How can you call with that"
"You're betting 700 into a pot of 75" etc....
You are trying to take money off these people why do you want them to play better?
It does not make any sense and it really gets on my nerves, so please please please leave the fish alone especially when they suck out on you. If their A4 never ever won against AK then they'd stop calling raises with rag aces and none of us want that do we? :-)

Well, it's unlikely to be winning players that moan about the fishies. Losing players though, need excuses for losing. If they were rational and realised they had a losing strategy then they might change. So, let them moan on, I say. As long as they think the reason they are losing is other people's fault they'll keep turning up and donating their chips without making much effort to improve their game.

Muffin the Mule was a kids TV programme when I was a boy, and jolly exciting "edge of the seat" stuff it was too. Annette Collins at the pianoforte, & a wooden Donkey. Awesome stuff. They don't make shows like that these days, nowadays it's Big Brother & suck junk that folls like. Crazy.

Disagree with Sword, winning players do this all the time.
Some will always do it, as they believe they deserve to win every session, and will frequently behave like self indulgent children.
No amount of logic will stop this happening. All you can do is slap folk on the wrist (as best you can) when you see them cross a line too far into the Hellmuth zone.
