Please explain how this works?

This is from HSP series 2 episode 10 ( near end of clip ) .

Eli Elezra and Brunson ask the dealer for two flops.  I have never seen this before

90k + on a coin flip is a little too much for even Dolly I guess. It's almost a an admission that neither of 'em like what they see.

Cash game so run two boards. If you miss in one you get a second, (and usually move favourable bite at it). So it's half pot on each board.
