Its 2.45am, he's sat in a room all on his own and he has 123469234124 people pinging him with problems. He's sorted yours by reinstating your chat - where's the problem?

If you are really that bothered about why your chat was suspended in the first place write to them but dont shoot the messenger as it probably wasn't Darrell who suspended your chat in the first place.

What if suzanne deserved the ban? I'm not saying she does but simply reinstating it if you complain seems like a poor solution - what about the real abusers who deserve a ban?

Best Host that we have on blonde is Lyndon, If you ever need to speak to a host, always ask if lyndon is about, He is top notch.


Nice guy, I agree.  He is always helpful when I have frequent cashier technical faults.

One of the problems with using a live online messanger chat service, it is so easy to misconstrue peoples attitudes and meanings when they are conversing. Ok, so maybe his choice of phrase wasn't ideal when finishing the conversation as it could be taken as being very apathetic but its not like he's said anything untoward.

He did ask twice whether there was anything else, the first time he asked it was polite and there was a 50 second pause after the second time he asked while he waits to see if Suzanne does have any further questions but when the reply comes "whatever" then the conversation is ended.

(Note i am not sticking up for these people - i never use the live chat facility on the occassions i am linked to tribeca)

Matt I deliberately blanked out the site name because I didnt want it to look like I was having a go at any site in particular and as Kev pointed out it wasn't Blonde (still working on my bankroll there).

The point that I was trying to make is that this happens far too often..I have been chat banned fairly in the past many times but unfairly more often. Each time you are chat banned it goes on a scoring level so i have been told, the more bans you have, the longer you are banned for which is fair enough if the system works.

That unfair ban will still be logged on my "report card" and as someone who chats in the lobby on a regular basis I just wanted an explination...an apology would have been nice as I knew I had said nothing wrong but I knew from experience that hosts NEVER admit they got it wrong.

Im not sure where you got the 50 seconds from as I count 32 and being a slow typer and in a game at the time is pretty fast for me :-)

My complaint was about his attitude..at 2.45am he has more likely had his coffee break disturbed than thousands pinging him.

I recall a thread that Jo (Justjo i think she is on here) some time back that illustrates this perfectly.

As the lobby is going soon its no big deal but at the time i was annoyed.

AND CONGRATS TRACEEEEEEEEE AGAIN xxxxxxxxxxx

If you were a regular to the lobby which correct me if im wrong but I dont think you are...it is something like this forum...a conversation will start up and then some moron will add something insulting which you take offence to. You answer back putting ur point of view and it can escalate into a full debated arguement very quickly with umpteen muppets jumping on the bandwagon... but it happens far far quicker than on here. So the the hosts go ...ban...ban...ban...without looking into what its all about.

Fair enough if they are watching the convo from the beginning...but they are not, why is the lobby not moderated at all times?

More than 1 has said they have work to do and glance at the lobby now and again.

If there is a disturbance then they ban all regardless...unfair or not?

My last what I consider "fair" ban was because a sick joke was posted in the lobby about the 5 girls who were murdered a couple of months back and them being prosistutes deserving it. I was VERY shocked at the female "so called friend" who went on to say scum like that deserve it. The conversation got VERY heated and I used anagram swear words which are not allowed...fair enough...so I broke the rules...banned deserved.

Do I regret it NO
