God bless the US government...also please note that again no American institutions have been included in their evil little "to-do" list.

If only european governments had the balls to stand up to the States and push something through that would generally cripple their institutions..maybe now that HSBC has been subpoenad the UK government will do something but I somehow doubt it.

I notice that Ub are accepting moneybookers now. Do you think moneybookers will be treated any differently bearing in mind that it is regulated by the FSA.

Also, being based in the UK, can the US do anything about them even if they wanted to?
