Little story. Dave Colclough, Rhowena, looking jaw-droppingly stunning in her black slacks & blondepoker "top", and yours truly, were walking along the front at Southend yesterday, and a few lads got a bit lairy & leery towards Rhow. Dave & I instinctively looked at each other, decided to ignore the jibes & walk on, with Rhow closely between us, but one geezer followed us, & tried to make something of it, as they say. Dave quickly stood betwen said Geezer & Rhow, & I edged closer, ready to do whatever was needed, you can't allow a woman to be imperilled in these situations, whatever the cost. We were but 100 yads from the Casino, & I immediately wished that 2 guys would, by chance, walk round the ciorner at that very moment - Thee from Thine & Colchester Kev. He's that sort of guy, you want him around when you need help.
