Can't believe Dinning didnt get a hundred

Will be slog from here Iron as I have no batsman left after Laws.

Oh and the only bowler I got is a spinner, not suited to today.

not the best over in the world glad for the dog infact it might stop shannon losing more runs

dont think he is ready for a 1st team call up yet

33.4 . Shannon to Laws
Dog on the pitch! Play is halted whilst the umpire wrestles the bails out of its mouth.
33.4 nb1 Shannon to Wills
no ball, On the back foot, played out to the on.
33.3 4 Shannon to Wills
Loose delivery hoiked away to mid wicket.
33.2 4 Shannon to Wills
Too full on the legs and Shannon is punished in fitting style. Super drive through mid wicket, Garry forced to collect it from over the rope.
33.1 4 Shannon to Wills
Cracked straight back past the bowler and the seagulls on the boundary rise into the air in alarm as the ball streaks through their midst.

one of those days...........

32.5 W Samuel to Purse
What a bizarre way to go! Purse ducked early under that bouncer but left his bat sticking up like a periscope. the ball ricochets off the back of the bat and into the hands of a gleeful Keen

Won the toss v ramshire and set them in to bat, hoping the cloudy weather would help my seamers on a cloudy day, 2 early wickets left ramshire on 7/2 and it was looking like a good call. Ramshire fought back though putting on over 100 for the 3rd wicket and the match is now finely balanced at 165-3 after 38 overs.

Can't believe you guys talk of first 11's I find it a struggle to find more then 5 players that can hold a bat.

Yes Iron the pitch will take time but as I have no where near finalised my team seems a bit pointless worrying about the pitch as yet.

40.3 1 Ross to Keen
Mills has a shy at the stumps but Keen is comfortably home for the single, his dab to mid off having just crept through the ring. Sound judgement from the men in the middle.
And that's a century for Keen! Well played indeed Sir!

My first century!
