no way i can win the league guy has 9 wins out of 9 so far and i am 7 from 9 his run rate is huge

my squad is crap just spent alot of money on getting a few players who know what a bat and a ball look like

JUST found out where the news of players out bidding me is

now i need to find out about the ground i have 505 members and only 100 members seats (room for 6500) should i build another 500 members seats?

In div 6 this year I believe top 2 auto promote and 3-4 have a play off game against the teams that finished 5-6 in div5, so you don't need to win the league this year.

It is in higher grades, but there aren't enough grade 6 divisions for that, so more people go up.

i have the 3rd place team at home who if they beat by a few runs will climb me

If you can keep on winning then i'd expand your ground properly, the fact there is a £20k charge added onto the cost of the seats at every expansion means i wouldn't do it just for more members' seats.

Tractor can take his time and build a team to get promoted for next season as he has no real chance this season.

You might have 1 or 2 good players - some people have got some really good players to start with.

I sacked all but 2 of my starting squad, and even the ones i kept aren't that good.

Read the rules a bit and understand what skills a player needs, then you should be able to pick up some players to form the core of you team for next to nothing. (most of my players were < £5).

This should allow you to start winning games, which will bring some cash in (more gate receipts, more sponsorship) and start getting you up the table next season, so you'll have more to spend on better players.

You also want to get a decent training regime going with your nets.

Cheers Bongo, ive found a few sites with begineers guides on, so ill follow a few of those tips to get me going.
Looking at the stats I think i got 2 resonable players.

I think my top tip is don't waste money, plan ahead.

Also, you will get a £55k subsidy every week during the playing season (but not the 4 week off season) for this and next (until the FC games come in) it should help you balance the books.
