aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i might lose alot of the money

looking at it looks like there was 3 or 4 bidding for a player including ladbrooke rovers as he was very cheap
about 560k then the next bid was 6 million and then one more bid

i think one guy added an extra 0 when bidding and the 2nd guy didnt notice this so just bid on it will be wrong if they take my 6 million away as i did mention n the boards before there should be a safety check for that sort of thing

They will likely take away the excess you got and leave you with the top end price you would have got.

i have agreed with admin to buy him back for just over 5.5 million then relist him to sell again

the normal 42 days between transfers have been removed for this guy

so i get 600k and the player back to sell again

A decent week of training today:

4. Nathan Clarke (1120757) shortcut
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, energetic fitness.
A defensive player with competent leadership skills and proficient experience.

Plays For:    Bigglesthwaite CC
Nationality:    New Zealand
Dual Nationality:    England
Age:    22 Years Old
Battrick Rating:    83,798 (+2352)
Wages:    £24,975 p/w
Stamina:    superb    Wicket Keeping:    worthless
Batting:    sensational    Concentration:    sensational
Bowling:    abysmal    Consistency:    mediocre
Fielding:    proficient

I think that will be the end of his batting training now, although I might give him some more fielding as a little extra concentration never hurts. He also needs 5-6 weeks of stamina to get that maxed out.

2. Shaun Glazier (1267497)
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, invigorated fitness.
An attacking player with superb leadership skills and mediocre experience.

Plays For:    Bigglesthwaite CC
Nationality:    England
Age:    21 Years Old
Battrick Rating:    100,441 (+2048)
Wages:    £19,367 p/w
Stamina:    proficient    Wicket Keeping:    feeble
Batting:    wonderful    Concentration:    exceptional
Bowling:    remarkable    Consistency:    wonderful
Fielding:    strong

My first 100k BTR player!

My all rounder (the 100k player above) excelled himself today, hit 159* (new HS) when opening the batting and then followed it up with     9-1-22-5 with the ball (new best).

He'll probably be knackered for the rest of the season now!

Dougie Metcalf (2421837) shortcut

LH Batsman, LM Bowler, respectable batting form, respectable bowling form, fresh fitness.
A cautious player with feeble leadership skills and abysmal experience.

Battrick Rating:    3,548
Wages:    £981 p/w
Stamina:    worthless    Wicket Keeping:    worthless

On winning promotion to league 5 i set myself the target of winning promotion within 3 seasons - and have achieved my goal

League: VI.419

1. Matts Monkeys 14  14  0  0  0  68    42   306

Cheers mate, still have a playoff to get through after a bizarre loss earlier in the season where I was bowled out for (a record low) 42.

Will be interesting to see the standard of the FC league after the rejig.
