I alternate between a Bellagio gaming token, a purple crystal given to me by my daughter and a toy soldier given to me by my son

I currently use a medal that my late father won for playing table tennis.

Previously I have used a rock that I found near Loch Lomond, and a $5 silver token from the Luxor.

I did admit to being a superstitious type.........

Well I have a crappy token from Vegas' centennial celebrations - but I did get a very nice one for Mr Heid for his birthday this year from Tiffany. Its a solid silver Heads and Tails coin, nice and big, and looks very understated.

I am probably the only girlfriend who has brought something for their man from Tiffany first - it was a hint that obs went wrong (I'd settle for the card protector rather than a ring to be honest)

I got the above off of e-bay. It's the same size as a poker chip & has a bit of weight about it.

When I saw it I liked the Glasgow connection & the year's a good one  Wink

Ok other than what YOU use for a card protector ... what woild you suggest OTHER players use  Smiley Smiley
I will start with a couple .....

Ian "Vidal" "At-It" "I drive a hairdressers car" Bradley .. Miniature (dolls house) toilet roll .. for the s**t cards he plays.

Tikay .... Mini magnifying glass

I use a grey Bellagio chip.

I don't think it's in use anymore so it may be worth more than $1 now.

Might cash in.  Cheesy

I'm soo fascinated by these insects in resin, I watched a programme about them years ago and have wanted one ever since, where do you get em?

I use my trusty Hendon Mob card protector that I won in the HM Forum users league.

It's been kinda lucky for me so far.

Prior to that I used an old Philipino 1 Peso coin, big and unusual

As Tight End will testify, I'd be lost without my trusty Sheriff's star!

The first one was a £2 effort from a joke shop.  After I lost that I found a genuine retired Kansas City badge on eBay which has the words 'Sheriff's Posse' on it.  It always attracts a comment or two at the tables so its a good ice-breaker!

Photo of badge (including ugly bugger with silly pose in background) available here!

I can confirm that Sheriff's star is very large and shiny.

I can confirm that confirmation by TightEnd is likely to be accurate
