I left Brighton at around 7pm, there were, I think, 11 left. Mr Kerrigan (don't ask which one...), Steve Bovis, Ryan Fronda, John Wong & Woodley were still in as I recall, as was Brian Johnson. Jac Arama bubbled I believe.

I gather it was a 3 way Chop.

Brian Johnson took £16k, Woodley & "Chris" (blond, glasses, local player?) both took £9k, Ryan was 4th.

It was not 2-3 off, it was QQ. I think.

I made a Button Raise against Woodley yesterday. Woodley in Small Blind moved all in on me, Geezer behind HIM in Big Blind moved all-in too. I said "OK Woodley, I pass my two black Jacks". Big Blind shows  , Woodley shows  . How do these misunderstandings arise?

A search of the mucked cards revealed that in fact I had  . An easy enough mistake to make in subdued cardroom lighting, you'll agree.

By a freak coincidence, Mr McCool also picked up on a misread of mine at Luton, when I moved in on the Button with  which somehow turned out to be (suited connectors). He's no better, he called me with  which translated into
