I have just been watching PNL on TV and wondered if anyone else doesn't like the new site being used?

I have read everywhere that this is the future of online poker and  sites will move to this in the near future.  It looks like something off a PS2 game which are terrible.

Is this the future or will it ( hopefully ) fade away before it actually starts properly?

That can't be the future, all poker players care about is chips, cards and money.  There's no need for all the gimics.  It's all aimed at getting the average non poker player playing.    Can't be easy to multitable on these and it's also hard to see who's left in the hand!

The "gimmicky" poker site? - it's extremely interesting for the first few minutes.

it's even boring to watch.   Given up, back on MTV2.  Hope PNL isn't like this from now on.

Maybe there'll be a new, exciting, stare-of-the-art Online TV Tournament on 7 nights a week starting soon, eh?

You mean a decent, well put together, informative, fun and altogether spiffing kind of show ?

I'd watch that for sure.

Especially if it was hosted by a charming, sincere host who truly knows his stuff when it comes to poker.

Will you settle for two out of three?

Just watched the replay, felt for Matt's (TheWaster) Aces getting done over by pocket 10's, Rob did that to me a little while ago.

Sorry should have said I had this info came from Sky as it you can see what shows are on using your digi remote. It said that a show called the Open starts tomorrow but looks like this has been put back
If you go on to channel 846 you can now see a loop of poker tips and advice including wise words from Tikay. It also shows an online player called Tony losing heads up. Now where have I seen that before?
