Had been heads up with this person for awhile and I was outplaying him at the time, He raised a lot pre flop and would normally bet the flop but did slow down when shown resistance on the turn.  Should I call this or not??

Yeah I passed, I am not sure why I post these because I already know the answer.  I guess just wanted reassurance that I was not being too tight.  I wiped him out anyway, didn't matter in the end.

Why did you choose the name BrandyDietcoke?  (Its alright Colchester Kev never looks at the hand analysis board)


Re your second hand - a mistake I've often made is "he can't possibly have that hand, it's so unlikely" - but look at the action you are getting - there isn't really any hand he can have other than a higher set.

I thought he had a set of 3's, it is much harder to get away when it's only a HU game and you have one of the cards that he would need to be beating you, when he would need the other 2.

I chose Brandydietcoke because it's the tipple I drink most.
