Im going have to agree with this unless the question has some geniune strategic value to it, can we stop with the bad beat posts. Im sure we could all post alot more horrific ones than this and they still wouldn't be interesting.

it wasnt a bad beat post, i was asking if you would play the hand diffrently i.e flat call pre-flop and pass on the j hi flop, if you could be botherd to read the subject line the clue is there !!

but in answer to your question this is a poker forum is it not? are there not bound to be bad beat posts?

Sometimes I actually quite like reading bad beats stories- thats the sort of tormented soul that I am- it also lets other people see that it happens all the time-not some universal bad luck god doin these naughty things- but I do agree that there should be a separate thread for them as they should not be in poker hand analysis unless it is about strategy and not just a moan-sometimes I have posted the odd bad beat(I think we all have at some point) but I'm always lookin to improve so while I recognise that it may have been a bad beat I also ask people opinions if it could have been played any better and did I do anythin wrong(I dont post anything like raised with pocket rockets and ended up all in but got F*&^() up the A&%$)

So how about it mods-can we have a separate thread entitled "bad beats and other typical moans"??
