The Noble poker network is just a joke.

Have you seen their new promotion? LOL

Here is what i posted on THM forum.

It is possible and you're most probably not the first person thinking along the same lines.

7 $10sng wins in a row = $1,000,000
6 $10sng wins in a row = $75,000
5 $10sng wins in a row = $25,000

"Finish in one of the top 2 positions of this tournament 5 consecutive times and you’ll take an easy $250." -Noble Poker..... LOL

Amagine winning 4 in a row, you are now hu and you hold KK, the other player has K2o and all the money is in the middle.

Guess which hand wins?*

*I guess the setup wouldn't be that obvious!

--Previous Message--

: Apparently on Betfred, noble poker if you play 6 stt,s consisting of 6 player
: table and win 6 in a row you win a jackpot of $25,000.
:
: Is this realistically possible and what would would happen if you got 5
: friends to join your table and dump all thier chips to you and split the
: winnings?
:
: Easy done i guess but what that be classed as cheating?
:
: you have all paid your money and no complaining so it is possible right?

ok don't know a lot about bots but surley they cannot be effective in a tournament. As the strategy can be very different from cash limit where they could probably grind out long term results by following a programmed set of starting hands ect... Is it even possible for bots to colude? Can someone do me a favour and fill me in on the whole Bot thing? cheers

I have seen this, and i think if you read the small print you will see they can withhold the prize money until they have gone over all the play logs, if it looks like collusion, chip dumping or the same players all the way through the 5-6 games your not paid out. They will go over every game and most hands to see if players are working together. Think about it. 6 players from here all play on same table, 1500 in chips eveyone bets 1499 1 player allin and all the guys fold. wont take 6 people long to play 6 sit and goes, and win them all

you can have bots linked together, where they know the others starting hands, a bit like several friends on the same table using msn to collude.
it's an interesting bit of kit actually, you can configure a bot in a few ways, making it play only premium hands or any old rubbish, you can also control them yourself

back to bot for 1 sec yes you can have bot teams, there is a web site that lets you join a team and work together, and as for them in no limit its just a few changes to the code pocket pair higher than 99 allin, and they have different code 1 very passive next one not so passive. 1 very agressive, you can write the code to play any way you like, then you seat them all on a table with 2 humans and watch the passive tight bots grind and the agressive ones push

ok , but collusion aside all they can do is what they are programmed to, which in limit poker would be making the correct mathmatical play everytime so they win- fair enough . they can't be programmed to win in tournaments and no limit cash tho surley? too many variations. Saying that I read a book by Sklansky where he gave a set of instructions to a begginer to play in a hlh tournament and they went to the final table and then dropped the system and busted out, so maybe it is possible.

yes but if you have two bots making the correct mathmatical plays and then the rest playing different IE 1 pushing everytime he gets any of it, another playing maniac they will grind you down, i busted 3 of them really fast but then had another sit in his seat. Im not saying they will beat you, if you get to play 1 of them at a time you can figure their settings for play, but when they are teaming your being pushed with every bet you put out . I started with 1500 in chips and in under 5 min i was over 8k but the bot to my left was also up there with me. and so was another to my right, there was alot of chip dumping going on and as these bots knocked out other bots, more came to the table.. It was hard work. anyway i went to see the last table and guess what a bot got first the bot who played to my left got second and whooo hooo a human got 3rd

I agree totally that you can't beat bots working as teams - I didn't know this was even possible until tonight. Are bots illegal?  I take it you will be looking for another site , you should get on Will Hill its a good site
